Her book The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up or TV series by the same name, explores a philosophy for approaching what you own and how to let it be something that truly serves you and the life you want, or as she says “spark joy.”

If minimalism is new to you or isn’t something you’ve practiced for a bit then what I want to pass along to you won’t apply and will probably be a waste of your time. And if there is one thing I’m not here to do, it’s to waste any of your life.
